Activities for the day
All of the worksheets you need for the activities will be set in Assignments on Microsoft Teams.
You need to complete all tasks before handing in your work.
Don't forget to use the 'hand in' function when you have finished your work.
I will be giving you feedback so don't forget to look out for it.
Maths: White Rose Maths Multiplying 3-digits by 1-digit.
Use link below to help you complete the worksheet. You can use you work book or paper to show your working out.
I had added different worksheets if you're finding the work difficult and I have added extra worksheets if you're feeling really confident.
English: Oak National Academy 'Simple Sentences'.
Please watch the video below about 'exploring simple sentences' and complete the activities within the video.
Write 3 simple sentences describing the picture
*Star Challenge * Can you expand your sentences to make them more interesting using adjectives?
Science: Irreversible changes.
Irreversible means something cannot be changed. When we talk about this reaction in Science it is known as a 'change in a state of matter' for example:
An egg, which is a liquid can change states through heating or boiling. This process will turn the liquid egg into a solid egg.
Create a poster about irreversible changes. Give examples of what changes are irreversible. You can use Microsoft word or hand write/draw it yourself.
You experiment this for yourself if you wish (with adult supervision). See what happens when you boil an egg in boiling water, or fry an egg. (Feel free to take photos an upload them!).
There is a link below to help you.
Enjoy!
