Children's Mental Health Week 1st-7th February.
This week is Children's Metal Health Week.
The theme of this year's Children’s Mental Health Week is Express Yourself.
Expressing yourself is about finding ways to share feelings, thoughts, or ideas, through creativity. This could be through art, music, writing and poetry, dance and drama, photography and film, and doing activities that make you feel good.
You can write/ draw in your home learning book or write next to the picture.
What do you do to express yourself? How does it make you feel?
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
