Gross Motor Tasks

Try one or all of these activities-

1. Walk along a straight line - walk along the line keeping your balance. Can you walk in and out of objects like a snake?

2. Take 2 tea-towels - Can you travel across the room only standing on the tea-towels?

3. Walk like a crab - tummy up (walk sideways/forward or backwards)

4. Set up a pillow obstacle course. Step or jump along the course keeping your balance.
