Converting fractions to decimals takes a little bit of practise, so we are going to have a look in a little more detail. Take a look at the recording that I put in files to go through 20/1/21 work.
Complete the BMBT worksheet, then have a look at the PowerPoint and have a practise with the work. If you get one wrong, try and work out how you get the answer. I have also included the answers for the sheets. Please use them sensibly to check your answers, don't just copy them.
Write some diamonds and pyramids for -ial words. Check your spelling before you begin. You don't want to be practising the wrong spelling!
We are carrying on with our book and taking a look at the character, Bradley.
We are looking at Newstead village in our topic work. Most of you have been to Newstead Abbey, probably many times.
An image of the Abbey that you like and have a go at drawing, sketching, painting - however you like to do it.
Try and concentrate on the detail of the building, including the windows.
Tricky part is trying to give it a realistic feel, by making it look 3D, not just flat.
Have a go, then take a photo and send it back to me.
