Mental Health Awareness Week
The theme of this year's Children’s Mental Health Week is Express Yourself.
Expressing yourself is about finding ways to share feelings, thoughts, or ideas, through creativity. This could be through art, music, writing and poetry, dance and drama, photography and film, and doing activities that make you feel good.

Everyday, I would like you to click on the book below, choose your challenge and read as many words in the video as possible. Try to read them as fast as you can without sounding out. This will build up speed and fluency in your reading. When you can read all words quickly move onto the next challenge! This is the same as the Reading Challenge we do in school. Do some drawing/ painting or sculpting using playdough. Think of all the colours we saw in our story this week 'Polar Bear, Polar Bear'
