The final day of home schooling! I just want to start with saying how proud I am of you all and your families for the past 8 weeks of online learning. I hope you have found some positives learning at home, I look forward to seeing you and hearing all about what you have been doing. Thank you for working so hard! I'm excited to get back to the classroom, I hope you are too!
Year 4 & 5 - Equivalent fraction knowledge application.
SPAG activity mat.
Free Write Friday.
Yesterday, I set you the task for you to design a book front cover, think of a title for the book and write a blurb on the back. Today, I would like you to write a short story using what you did yesterday. The story must relate to the blurb and the front cover. Please can you bring this with you on Monday, I really enjoy seeing your creations and we can have a discussion what you have written and where you got the inspiration from.
Also, as we return to school on Monday, I would like you to share with me what you're excited about, what sort of things you hope to do in school and what is making you a little nervous about coming back (if anything.).
Art: Observational Drawing and tone.
Take a look at the PowerPoint about tone and drawing natural objects. I would like you to have a go at different tone and find something natural to draw such as a leaf, a flower- anything you can find outside that is natural and you are able to look at it and draw.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
