Hopefully today's work will be available to everyone. I have included the sheets as a pdf if you need it.
All worksheets to accompany the following activities can be found on Teams. Please complete all tasks before handing in your work. Don't forget to use the 'turn in' function when you have finished your work. Also look out for feedback when I return your work.
Have a go at the 5 in 5, watch the video and then complete the worksheets.
Practise the spellings in the Y5/6 words that you would consider to be the trickier spellings.
We are going to have a look at using better vocabulary when we are writing. Still continuing with the pandas theme, we are going to make a start on the report.
It will be useful to make a note of as many words as possible and keep them for future lessons.
Hopefully you had some time last week to think about a job or career that you want to do in future.
Today, I would like you to think about the best job in the world - for you.
What would it be?
Why would you want it?
What qualities/characteristics/skills would you need to do it?
You may need to do a little research to complete the work today. The answers are on the sheet but you will have to build the numbers using the examples.
You might want to watch the video. It teaches you the pronunciation of number 1 - 100.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
