As a school we have adopted the White Rose Maths Hub Calculation Policy. 

The document is broken down into addition and subtraction, multiplication and division.

There is an overview of the different models and images that can support the teaching and learning of different mathematical concepts. Each operation is broken down further into the skills and the different models and images that could be used to effectively teach that concept.

This calculation policy provides consistency throughout the school.
