Welcome to Willow Class! We are so excited to start the new academic year and can't wait to learn and have fun. We have lots to look forward to this term!
This term, our curriculum will have a start with a Personal and Social aspect 'What makes me special?' We will then move into a Understanding the world and Expressive arts focus looking at 'How do I make a healthy snack?'.
In English, We will look at the traditional story 'The Little Red Hen'. We will learn this story using actions to help us retell it independently. We will focus on developing a Pincer (five finger) grasp/ tripod (three finger) grasp to gain more fine motor control and will start to use finger movements to make shapes and letters.
